LGMG completes Mexican plant
Chinese manufacturer LGMG has started production at its new plant in Mexico. The new facility, located in the brand new Roots industrial park in Marin, on the North side of Monterey, Nuevo León, and less than 10 minutes from the International Airport. It is built on a 75 acre/30 hectare plot and represents a $140 million investment by LGMG.

Under construction in August
The site will also host to two of LGMG’s major component suppliers and is expected to generate around 1,400 new jobs when it reaches full capacity. The new facility will supply a range of platforms, starting with electric articulated boom lifts, for the North American market.
The official opening this month, was attended by state governor Samuel García, the economy secretary Iván Rivas, LGMG chairman Yu Mengsheng and vice general manager Shi Yanyu.
