First Sinoboom AB10ERJN and VM04E

The first 32ft Sinoboom AB10ERJN articulated boom lift and 12ft VM04E self-propelled mast type lifts to arrive in the UK or Ireland - have been delivered by Irish distributor Lolex.

The 32ft AB10ERJN, was sold to OK Tool Hire of Cork, the units has a working height of 11.6 metres along with a maximum outreach of 6.3 metres at an up & over height of 4.6 metres and an unrestricted platform capacity of 230kg. The jib has 136 degrees of articulation and 180 degrees of rotation, along with 180 degrees of platform rotation. The overall width is 1.19 metres with an overall weight 6,760kg.

Managing director Graham O’Keeffe said: “We have invested in a large number of Sinoboom scissor lifts as well as the AB16EJ boom lift and have been very impressed with their reliability and the technical support from Lolex. So, when we were looking for another boom to fill a niche the AB10ERJN ticked all the boxes.”

The first 12ft VM04E mast lift was sold to Waterford based Clem Jacob Hire. The 780mm wide machine is a classic box section mast type lift, with a working height of 5.8 metres, a 227kgs two man platform capacity, and an overall weight of 785kgs. It features automatic pothole protection and a three stage hydraulic cylinder in the mast, eliminating chains or ropes and the inspections process that goes with them. Both units are fitted with Discover AGM maintenance free batteries.
The first 12ft VM4E was purchase by Waterford’s Clem Jacob Hire

Clem Jacob said: “We have been very pleased with the performance of all the Sinobooms we’ve added to our fleet so far – we especially like the ML10EJ mast boom. This new VM04E vertical mast is excellent quality too and we expect it to do very well.”
