Vita 100

US lifting beam and gantry crane manufacturer Caldwell Lifting Solutions has delivered the 100th Vita Load Navigator manufactured by Vita Inclinata Technologies.

The companies have been working together for three and half years. Caldwell manufactures the spreader beam component for the Vita Load Navigator, a remote-controlled system that enables crane operators to precisely control and orient loads without the use of guy lines.

This system adjusts dynamically to load sizes, crane movement, and wind conditions, allowing for high precision lifts in challenging environments. The Vita Load Navigator comes in five versions with capacities from 20 to 40 tonnes. Each version features Caldwell’s Dura-Mod modular spreader beam.

Caldwell sales director Darri Noe said: “Several years ago, Derek Sikora Vita reached out and gave us the background story about Vita and we were captivated. This is a cool product, there’s a need for it, and it’s fun to work on it. It’s been great to be a part of this journey. We started collaborating on conceptual designs and the rest is history.”
