Sany cranes in Germany

Chinese crane and telehandler manufacturer Sany, has said that it is putting plans in place to take a serious run at the German, Swiss and Austrian mobile crane market.

It says that it sees Germany and the German speaking region as the most challenging and demanding crane market in Europe, and that if it is to become a serious force in the European crane market it needs to become an established 'player' in Germany.

The new push will operate from the company’s existing facility in Bedburg, east of Cologne, where it will hold significant inventory of new cranes ready for fast delivery, along with replacement parts and service support.
