Austrian roofing company Salamon & Scherr Dachbau has taken delivery of an 18 metre EuropeLift TM18GT telescopic trailer lift from the Hungarian manufacturer.

The TM18GT has a fixed riser plus a three section telescopic boom to provide a 10.5 metre outreach with 80kg platform capacity, while the maximum capacity is 200kg. When stowed it has an overall length of 6.1 metres, an overall width of 1.64 metres and a height of 2.1 metres, while weighing 2,030kg.
The Salamon & Scherr team with the new lift
Based in Saaz near Feldbach in southeast Styria was founded in March 2009 by Stefan Salamon and Gerhard Scherr, to install or repair all manner of roof types, and currently employs a team of 20, while running a modest fleet of truck mounted and trailer lifts. So far 14 of the employees have received in depth training on the new machine.
