Acces Industrie acquires Huet Location
French rental company Acces Industrie has acquired Huet Location, a family owned access and telehandler rental company that runs about 2,500 units out of eight locations around France. It has annual revenues in the region of €25 million. Details of the transaction have not yet been released.
The move consolidates Access Industrie’s position as the third largest access related rental company in France after Loxam and Kiloutou and comes around eight months after family owned investment company
Delmas Investissements & Participations acquired a controlling stake in the business from Equistone.
Huet location was established in 1991 by Rouen based crane rental man Patrick Huet in partnership with his son Nicolas. Today the company is managed by brothers Grégory and Nicolas Huet. Its locations today include Amiens, Caen, Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes, Toulouse, Grenoble and Marseille. The family has also operated a truck mounted platform fleet in Portugal.

Access Industrie is managed by industry veteran managed by Pascal Meynard and Éric Llacombe. Based in east of Bordeaux, it operates from 41 locations in France and Spain, with a 12,000 unit fleet, revenues in the region of €140 million and more than 640 employees.
