Scottish crane rental company Sarens PSG has taken delivery of a 250 tonne Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1 All Terrain crane at its new headquarters in Aberdeen.
The five axle LTM 1250-5.1 features a six section, 60 metre main boom plus a 12.2 to 22 metre bi-fold swingaway extension with up to 45 degrees of offset. A wide range of extension options are available, topped by 50 metres of lattice, all of which can be offset by up to 45 degrees. The maximum tip height is 113 metres.

Managing director Steve Clark said: "This new LTM 1250-5.1 is part of an expansion plan which will see our two companies add a number of new Liebherr mobile cranes to the fleet in 2025. With an extensive range of innovative and reliable cranes, Liebherr is the perfect partner for us to grow our business."
Established in 2022, Sarens PSG is a joint venture between PSG Marine & Logistics and Belgian international heavy lift specialists Sarens. Operating from the new base at Port Services House in Aberdeen's Altens Industrial Estate and PSG's base in the Port of Cromarty Firth, Invergordon, the company offers heavy lift and transport solutions, load in/out, assembly and port marshalling services to clients in the renewable energy sector.
