Trackunit launches for Bauma
Danish telematics and tracking company Trackunit will unveil several new digital solutions at Bauma in Munich next month.
They wiill include the ‘Trackunit Luna’, a multi-AI agent framework that works with Trackunit's operating data platform, IrisX, introduced late last year. The new system is designed to enable AI-powered automation and decision making across fleet operations , including fleet wide monitoring and real time trend analysis which can – for example – let a user know which of its depots is performing the best.
A new remote commands software solution using its Raw IoT device will also be launched at the show, it allows rental companies and contractors to remotely manage machine operations including height parameters, safety limits, engine speed and disabling machines to stop unauthorised after hours use and prevent theft.
The company will also present its newly updated ‘Trackunit Manager’ platform with streamlined navigation and faster access to fleet data, while the latest version of its Kin IoT device has been upgraded to withstand impact forces of up to 32G (gravity forces), making it suitable for mounting on equipment such as plate compactors. The company says the reinforced device has been specifically designed to operate in remote and harsh environments.
