Liebherr unifies parts platform
Liebherr is combining its parts operations into a single platform. The new system replaces the company's 10 separate parts shops and covers all product lines including cranes, construction equipment and mining machinery.

The platform connects to the MyLiebherr customer portal and parts catalogue system. Features include product search functions and ordering capabilities based on the
Parts Order system launched in 2024.
Users can access parts information through product categories or direct search. The system also provides access to machine information and service documentation through the MyLiebherr portal.
The platform requires registration and an active Liebherr service partner relationship for purchasing on the app.
