Haulotte goes exclusive in NZ

Aerial lift manufacturer Haulotte has appointed Elevated Access as its exclusive distributor for New Zealand.

Based in Riverhead, on the North west side of Aukland, Elevated Access claims to be the largest independent aerial lift sales company in New Zealand, for the last eight years or so it has previously handled Sinoboom products as well as offering key models from Skyjack and Snorkel.

Elevated Access was established at the end of 2014 by company director and co-owner Terry Tibbitts, who started out as a diesel mechanic, before moving into key account sales with HireQuip, followed by AB Equipment where he was business development manager moving to and then UP2IT Access Hire, where he was operations and sales manager, all of which provided the experience and training to do his own thing.
In the 10 and a half years since the company has built a strong reputation for aerial lift sales, service support and training throughout the country.

Tibbits and the company’s philosophy is captured on four key commitments made to its customers and published prominently on its web site:

Haulotte has not previously had an exclusive distributor in New Zealand, preferring to manage the market from its regional base in Australia, while working with local or regional partners.
