German crane rental company Bott Group has taken delivery of four Grove All Terrain cranes - a 300 tonne GMK6300L-1, a 250 tonne GMK5250XL-1, a 90 tonne GMK4090-1 and a 60 tonne GMK3060L-1.

The six axle GMK6300L-1 has an 80 metre seven section main boom can manage 14 tonnes at a 14 metre radius, achieving a maximum tip height of 120 metres with its 37 metre luffing extensions. In comparison, the five-axle GMK5250XL features a marginally shorter 78.5 metre main boom topped by an 18 metre bi-fold swingaway extension that can be extended to 34 metres with additional inserts.
The smaller models include the GMK4090, equipped with a 51 metre six section Megaform boom and capable of a 75 metre maximum tip height, whilst the three-axle GMK3060L-1 provides a 48-metre seven-section main boom plus an 8.7 to 15 metre bi-fold swingaway extension for a maximum on board tip height of 65 metres.
The new units will be located at its Bad Kreuznach and Bobenheim-Roxheim locations.
