German parts distributor for Genie

US aerial lift manufacturer Genie has appointed Trex.Parts as an authorised parts provider for Germany.

Based in Sittensen, northwest Germany, Trex.Parts operates an online ‘business to business’ platform supplying parts for forklifts and industrial trucks to independent workshops and service technicians.

Trex.Parts managing director Christoph Böttcher said: "We are delighted to have found not only a professional partner in Genie, but also a perfect addition to our product range. For Trex.Parts, this cooperation marks our entry into the aerial work platform industry."

Dominique Luijckx, Genie parts and support director added: "We want to accelerate and focus on customer experience and improve the route to market with this new target group of customers servicing or owning one or two Genie lifts. This step is an addition to the offerings of dealers in the region, and our Genie parts business itself."
