Gefran chief executive Marcello Perini said: "The transaction represents a fundamental step in our growth strategy. We have further strengthened our position as a company that supports its customers not only in the control of industrial processes, but also in the creation of value from the collected data."
The partnership aims to develop new solutions for process data collection and utilisation, building on Gefran's existing sensor and automation component business.
