Sinoboom unveils new colours

Aerial lift manufacturer Sinoboom has introduced a new global colour scheme for its aerial work platforms, it will replace the pale blue currently used in Europe and the red used in North America.
The new colours

The new livery features two main colours 'Star Flame Red' (RAL 2002) for the superstructure and 'Star Shield Green' (RAL 6012) for the boom and chassis. It also incorporates a coloured flash on the superstructure to identify each unit's power source, with green designating electric models, yellow for diesel, and blue for hybrid machines.
At the same time the company has adopted a new coating system that uses "high end international automotive grade anti-corrosion technology, significantly extending edge protection", which in combination with the manufacturers 'high-build powder coating' process provides a the low surface tension, anti-fouling design which is said to minimises stain adhesion, making cleaning easier and more efficient.

Comments

They abound
Nope. Red and anger, volatility. If it worked, someone else would have already done it. Light blue was mute. Unnoticeable but there. I get the stripes, and like the dissection from green to primary colours. Red is no good. Nationwide turning red is a very BAD move.
