New S.Korean dealer for Jekko

Italian crane manufacturer Jekko has appointed KoWu, a division of Kilwoo, as its new distributor for South Korea.

Established in 1980 Kilwoo has its headquarters in Seoul, while the KoWu division is based in Goyang-si - north west of Seoul - and offers heavy duty lifting and transport equipment and high-precision measuring equipment. The Kilwoo group is also the distributor for HSC/Sumitomo lattice crawlers, Link-Belt Rough Terrain, Truck and telescopic crawler cranes, Sennebogen cranes and material handling machines and Pettibone telehandlers. It also represents Lampson Transilift and Scheuerle trailers/heavy transport units as well as Konecranes/Gottwald port and marine handling cranes and equipment.

The company, which has access to the group’s four other locations, will be responsible for the entire Jekko product range, covering sales of new and used machines, along with the provision of warranty and ongoing service and repair, replacement parts supply and technical advice. It will also hold an inventory of new products that are already inspected (PDI’ d) and ready to go, in order to enable same day shipment, when required.
