JLG teams up with Tubesca-Comabi

The Power Towers low level access division of JLG has signed a supply agreement with French scaffold tower and ladder supplier Tubesca-Comabi. The deal was announced at a trade show in Paris last week.

Tubesca Comabi will become the Power Towers ‘OEM partner’ for France, as part of the deal Power Towers has developed a new push around model range, which Tubesca is calling the R’Lift Smart, which was on display last week. It features a folding composite platform, automatic stabilisers and a manual lift mechanism based on the Power Lifts Peco Lift. Initially there will be three versions, the R’Lift 1.2 with a 3.2 metre working height, the R’Lift 1.5 with 3.5 metres and R’Lift 1.8 with a 3.8 metre work height.

The company will also sell Tubesca branded versions of the JLG/Power Towers Ecolift with working heights of 3.5 and 4.2 metres and platform capacity of 150kg. The initial stock order of machines will be delivered over the next couple of months or so.
