More Versalifts for Joly

French rental company Joly Location has added three 24 metre Versalift VTX-24 - VL 24 as Joly calls it - to its fleet mounted on the latest 3.5 tonne Mercedes chassis.

The unit has a two three section booms, for a 24.2 metre working height with up to 12.5 metres of outreach with 80kg in the platform, 10.6 metres with 120kg and nine metres with the maximum capacity of 200kg, all at an up & over height of 11.5 metres and a platform capacity of 220kg. Features include variable and automatic outrigger set up and a new control station. With 2.7 metre wide single side extension.

The platform stows to a lower height the chassis cab, which is 2.3 metres, while the overall width is just over 2.1 metres and overall length 7.72 metres.

While the company is a loyal Ruthmann customer, it has been adding the Versalift VTX-24s since 2015 – shortly after it was launched.

Founded in 1973, Joly Location is based in Couternon near Dijon and runs a fleet of mostly Ruthmann truck mounted lifts up to 90 metres along with Teupen spider lifts with working heights ranging from 13 up to 42 metres - now topped by a new 52 metre Palazzani Ragno XTJ 52+.
