Orion adds to fleet

UK rental company Orion Access has taken delivery of a 37.5 metre Multitel MJ375 truck mounted platform along with several Dingli platforms.

Launched in 2014, the Multitel features is mounted on a two axle MAN TGM 13.290 chassis and features a four section main boom and three section articulating jib for a maximum outreach of 25.8 metres with 120kg in the platform, 24.3 metres with 280kg and 20.8 metres with its maximum platform capacity of 500kg. The machines were purchased through equipment trader Independent Access Sales (IAS).

The Multitel handover

IAS managing director Richard Martin said: "It has been a challenging 16 months for new sales in the UK on many fronts, but the support of certain suppliers and individuals will be rewarded as the market slowly returns."
