Sinoboom’s N boom

Sinoboom has launched the first model in what it hopes will be a Narrow aisle articulating boom lift line, the 32ft AB10ERJN.

The new model is designed to reach and work in tight workspaces, in applications such as that found in warehouses and manufacturing facilities etc….

The AB10ERJN – AB32 in N.America

The lift mechanism is the classic format for these lifts, once called Garbage Can or Dustbin booms, for obvious reasons. It used two short, linked risers, topped by a two section telescopic boom and a jib with 136 degrees of articulation and 180 degrees of rotation with a maximum outreach of 6.3 metres at an up & over height of 4.6 metres. The unrestricted platform capacity is 230kg with a full 180 degrees of platform rotation.

With both jib and platform rotated 180°

The machine’s overall width is 1.19 metres, with an overall stowed height of just under two metres, and an overall stowed length of 5.84 metres, reduced to 4.25 metres with the jib tucked under for transport. Total weight is 6,760kg.

Automatic pothole protection is included

Power comes from an AGM maintenance free battery pack driving AC direct drive wheel motors. While slew is 355 degrees, with zero tailswing. Other standard features include automatic pothole protection, onboard fault diagnostics with a five inch LED screen, secondary guarding, non-marking tyres and the jib rotation.
