Ladder in the street
Spotted by one of our readers in Reading UK, last Thursday a couple of men painting a house from ladders, one of which was placed in the busy road, with no attempt at all to cordon off or warn motorists, while forcing pedestrians to walk in the road.

To be fair they were technically in the cycle lane, although as you can see it is not protected from the main road, and from bitter experience cars frequently stray into these lanes.
