Skyjack has appointed Safeticon (Nexa Global Infra Solutions) as its official distributor for India.
Based in Mumbai, Safeticon will offer the full support for Skyjack's full aerial lift line, including sales, service, repairs and spare parts supply across all of India, including the Chennai and Mumbai regions.
Safeticon was established in 2023 by Anirban Ghosh after an 11 year spell as a regional manager with JLG. However he started out in the automotive market in 1997 as a sales executive with Adtech Services, leaving after 18 months for a marketing role with plasma cutting specialist Technocrats Plasma. A year later he moved to cleaning systems company Roop leaving in 2007 for Hilti where he became a regional business development manager, making the move to JLG in 2012.
When he started Safeticon Ghosh, he initially operated as a one man band, but managed to win Platform Basket and Multitel dealerships and the business took off.

Speaking of this latest development Ghosh said: “Our goal is to provide top quality access solutions, aerial work platforms, lifts, and other specialised equipment for the construction and industrial industries across India. Safeticon team will exhibit Skyjack electric E-drive scissor lifts at OSH India from September 16-18th at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
