US based crane rental group All has added seven new Broderson carry deck cranes to its rental fleet, two 2.25 tonne/2.5 ton IC-20-Ks, two 8.1 tonne/9 ton IC-80s and three 18.1 tonne IC-280s.
The IC-280 is rated at 1.8 metres, and features a four section 19.4 metre synchronised boom, with additional single stage extension for a maximum tip height of 27.1 metres. while the two smaller units are fitted with shorter three section booms. The IC-280 has an overall width of 2.39 metres, an overall height of 2.4 metres with a chassis length of 4.7 metres, and an overall length of 5.04 metres. Maximum outrigger spread is 4.55 metres, with load charts for fully retracted of half extension. 360 degrees continuous slew is standard as is a telematics suite. The crane has a total weight of 18,790kg .
All sales manager for Ohio Josh Bacci said: “There’s always strong demand for this weight class, and the IC-280 gives customers the best of the best. Its overall dimensions are within inches of the next weight class down, so customers gain extra capacity without sacrificing the compact profile Broderson is known for.”
All is the Broderson dealer for Ohio, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and western Pennsylvania and typically will sell used units from its rental fleet when it make economic sense.
