Another power line fatality

A man died last week in Washington township near Lakeview, Ohio – north of Columbus – when the boom of the telehandler he was operating contacted overhead power lines.
The man Alton Joshua Stotler, 48, was we understand placing a roof truss onto a tornado-damaged building, but the forks came too close to the power lines over the single storey building. He was declared dead at the scene.

Local reports suggest that Stotler was operating a boom lift, at the time, and a photo we have seen shows a telehandler with truss still in place over the building. We are trying to double check on this and will update when we learn more.
We received this photo apparently taken at the scene an hour or two after it occurred
