Warranty extension for Palazzani

Italian spider lift manufacturer Palazzani has announced a warranty extension programme, it is calling ‘Palazzani Care’, in partnership with MG Garantie.

The deal will see MG Garantie manage all warranty extensions for Palazzani spider lifts, issued from the start of July onwards, including the management of accidental failures of mechanical and electrical components, while working with and through the Palazzani dealer network.

MG Garantie works within the automotive and industrial market sectors managing after sales services and warranty extensions. It will also coordinate the entire Palazzani Care process, from fault reporting to technical verification and authorisation of repairs, it claims to guarantee quick response times and compliance with the service standards defined with Palazzani.

The agreement covers the EU, UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada and Mexico - NAFTA countries, as well as Australia, India, the Middle East, Egypt, the Asia Pacific region, and South America.
