Spanish crane and access sales company Transgrúas has opened its new facility in Valdemoro, just south of Madrid.
The facility
The company launched the new 2,225 square metre warehouse and yard with two well attended open days last week. The event was well catered and included impressive displays of Fassi, Maxilift and Jekko equipment.
Fassi distribution is the major part of the business
The new facilities are now fully operational and working at full capacity providing improved coverage in central Spain. The addition is also a key element of the company’s ongoing expansion plans.
But sales of the smaller Maxilifts are also important
Transgruas was founded in October 1978 in Lliçà de Vall near Granollers, around 25km north west of Barcelona to specialise in the sale of Fassi loader cranes in the greater Barcelona region. Since then, it has expanded steadily and now operates from three premises in the Barcelona area, one of which is close to Girona, along with locations in Madrid, Valdemoro, Valencia and Vitoria in northern Spain. It has also built up a national network of 28 local dealers which it works with.
As is the Jekko product line
Its product range now includes Fassi - it main business - plus Jekko, Almac Multiloaders, AlmaCrawler , Maxilift loader cranes, Cranab, JMG pick & carry cranes and Cela truck mounted and spider lift work platforms.
