MCS upgrades online rental portal

UK rental software provider MCS Rental has launched updates to its online portal providing 24/7 access for rental customers to manage equipment and operations.

The portal allows rental business managers to view and manage rented equipment by job site with customer logins and off-hire requests. Each contact sees only relevant information through permission profiles, enabling site managers to place orders while finance users access billing and documentation.

MCS Rental Software sales director Nick Thomson said: "Our latest online portal enhancements give rental companies a real competitive edge. The portal also enables rental businesses to display custom announcements for time-sensitive updates through the interface and is designed for rental businesses managing large numbers of rentals and customers.
