LEEA adds membership portal

The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) has launched an online membership application portal in an attempt to streamline the process of joining the organisation.

Membership provides access to technical advice, training through the LEEA Academy, from basic rigging to advanced equipment inspection, and technical, legal and safety information for lifting operations. The portal also provides access to technical support, training, audits and the lifting professionals’ network.

Membership director Matt Barber said: "We have been working hard to create a new, more efficient process for new members to join the association. We believe it is important to make joining the community of LEEA members easier and more accessible."

Established in 1944, LEEA campaigns for higher standards of safety and professionalism within the lifting and rigging industry worldwide and provides services such as training, accreditation and expert technical advice.
