Genie's AI chat bot
Genie has launched an AI powered chatbot designed to help service technicians locate machine information, manuals and documentation - dubbed Genie Assist.

The tool is accessible through the company's MyGenieLift portal and uses natural language processing to search Genie service and operating manuals, torque specifications, wiring diagrams and safety notes, as well as bills of materials for specific units.
Dana Peters director of digital services said: "These additions underscore our commitment to digital innovation. But this is just the first step, and we are committed to continuing our efforts to develop and introduce smart, customer centric solutions that make our digital offering even more valuable."
