1,000 Liebherrs for MaxiKraft

MaxiKraft has taken delivery of the 1,000th Liebherr crane it has purchased over the past 33 years. Although the company was unable to honestly name with unit was the 1,000th as the company typically orders and takes delivery of cranes in packages.

The current fleet numbers around 200 including both telescopic and lattice boom cranes with capacities from 30 to 1,000 tonnes. MaxiKraft typically replaces its mobile cranes every three years to keep up with technology and developments.

Managing director Maik Kanitzky said: “Highly qualified employees, reliable partners and innovative machines are the key factors for our success. Liebherr has been providing us with the right technology and the necessary support for more than three decades.”

Founded in February 1992 by Maik Kanitzky in Züllsdorf/Herzberg, Brandenburg, MaxiKraft opened five branches in its first seven years and has since expanded to five companies following the establishment of MaxiMum in 2000, Kranlogistik Sachsen in 2002, Kranlogistik Lausitz in 2004 and Treffler in 2019. It now operates from 26 locations with a team of 500 employees.
