German rental company Gagarin has taken delivery of a 2.5 tonne BG Lift M250-E telescopic spider crane.
The M250 features a four section telescopic boom providing a maximum tip height of 10.6 metres, at which point it can handle 1,250kg. Maximum radius on the main boom is 8.4 metres with a capacity of 420kg.

A three section jib is also available taking the maximum tip height to 15.5 metres with a capacity of 650kg. The maximum radius with jib is 12.9 metres with the boom and jib horizontal, at which point it can handle up to 150kg. The M250 has an overall length of 3.2 metres, an overall width of 780mm, and weighs 2,420kg in total.
The crane was delivered by German dealer Kunze, with operator training provided at the handover.
Established in 2015, Gagarin runs a fleet of mobile cranes, aerial work platforms, forklifts and excavators from its locations in Waldaschaff and Hammersbach. The company is also a member of the German association of independent regional rental companies, System Lift.
