20 years of Faresin Germany

Faresin Deutschland has celebrated 20 years since it was opened by the Italian telehandler manufacturer as its first subsidiary. Founded in 2005 in Steinach bei Rothenburg ob der Tauber - due west of Nuremberg in Bavaria. The company was created to offer German customers across the country with commercial, technical and logistical support.

The anniversary was celebrated at Agritechnica and included a tribute to Walter Schirmer, one of the founders of the subsidiary, who died in May. The company is now managed by Martin Knäulein, who was also there at the start, and also celebrates 20 years with Faresin.

Faresin’s international expansion led to the opening of a second subsidiary, Faresin Deutschland Nord, which is currently being reorganised to provide increased coverage across Germany.

Faresin was founded in 1973 in Breganze, Italy, and initially focused on manufacturing agricultural and industrial machinery before expanding into construction related telehandlers.
