Canadian hoist manufacturer Vulcan Hoist will distribute the manual hoists, chains and lifting products made by UK based lifting and rigging equipment manufacturer William Hackett, across North America.
Vulcan will kick off in the new year with Hackett's Quad Pawl hoist range, which offers capacities from 800kg to 15 tonnes, while the company's other products will be added gradually as the year progresses.

William Hackett was founded in 1892 and is based in Alnwick, North East England and produces manual hoists, chains and associated lifting equipment.
Vulcan Hoist, established in Montreal in 1964, manufactures electric hoists and trolleys, as well as offering manual hoists, ratchet pullers, beam and plate clamps, equipment rental, certification, maintenance, and repair services.
