Axolifts for AGB

Italian hardware manufacturer AGB has purchased 10 Axolift low level manually powered push around work platforms for each of its five production facilities in a move to improve workplace safety with more deliveries on the way.

The first seven Axolifts are delivered


The lifts supplied are Axolift's Manulift 200/4 with three section mast for a maximum working height of four metres and a maximum platform capacity of 135kg or one person with tools. The overall width is 735mm, overall length 1.26 metres and stowed height 1.67 metres. Total weight is 273kg. Lift is manual using the control wheel.

Family owned and operated AGB, which manufactures hardware for doors, windows and shutters, said the investment forms part of its plan to modernise operations and improve staff safety by using the platforms in place of step ladders or small towers for routine tasks and general maintenance.
