Deadline approaching!

A reminder that the deadline is fast approaching – to input you thoughts and views on rental rates and fleet trends over the past year, and your expectations for 2026.

The annual Rental Rate Guide tracks trends across the UK and Ireland, gauging sentiment within the sector and how this may shape rental company investment in the year ahead. Your insight will help build a clear picture of current market conditions and future priorities.

The forms
The online forms can be accessed below:
Click here for the Telehandler form
Click here for the Crane form
Click here for the Aerial Work Platform form
All input is anonymous

Chose your questions
You can complete as many questions on the forms as you feel comfortable with, none are mandatory. And complete the entire form, will barely take five minutes.

We also want to hear from those who rent the equipment
While some of the questions are clearly aimed at rental companies, we would also appreciate hearing from those who rent in their equipment, such as those employed by contractors or end users. We would not only be interested in what you might pay, but also what you think of the industry.

More than just rates
The survey not only checks out average rental rates and utilisation trends, but also gauges optimism, pessimism and market expectations. It also offers the opportunity for anyone involved in the lifting rental industry to voice their thoughts on rental rate trends and developments. Remember, if you are not comfortable providing specific rates, just focus on the warm & fuzzy the non-rate related questions.

Totally anonymous input
We would very much appreciate your input and support in completing and returning the forms to us. It is also completely anonymous, there is no need to provide your name - we are interested in the information not who you are or where you are from.
