Boels' JLG mega deal

Dutch international rental company Boels Verhurr has placed an order for 3,000 JLG aerial work platforms comprising electric and diesel scissor lifts, straight, articulated and crawler booms, as well as mast lifts and other low level access equipment.

Boels' says that the additions supports its fleet modernisation strategy, and expansion, with deliveries set to begin next week.

JLG's European general manager, Ian Hume said: "We have worked closely together for decades to anticipate customer needs and develop solutions that match evolving market expectations. The latest generation of energy efficient platforms, for example, highlights how we are both dedicated to lowering the environmental impact of our customers' sites and projects."
