German rental company Wörle has taken delivery of a 100 metre Ruthmann T 1000 HF
The T 1000 HF is essentially a stretched 90 metre T900 HF with the same five section lower boom, four section upper boom and HF articulating jib configuration but with longer boom sections, with a similar maximum outreach of 39 metres. The 3.82 metre by 970mm extended platform is also equipped with several operator assistance systems, including DRS range optimisation and RTC service & telematics. The overall weight is 53 tonnes, thanks to the use of a standard five axle chassis. The first unit was delivered just over a year ago.
The boom is installed
The formal handover was little more of a ceremony than most, to start with joint managing directors Jörg and Felix Wörle had a Ruthmann ‘Club of 100’ logo tattoo, they the attended and helped with the boom installation, while a cake was on hand to celebrate. A large group of Ruthmann employees then turned out for the sendoff.
