Aichi has appointed Van Ommeren Machines as its sales and service distributor in the Netherlands.
Van Ommeren will support and work with the European master distributor Aichi Sales Office, which is based in Oosterhout, in a bid to “simplify local processes, reduce service lead times, and ensure high machine uptime for customers in daily operations.”
Yama Saha, the owner of Sahalift in Germany, (acquired Aichi Sales Office) at the end of 2024 and said: “By partnering with Van Ommeren, we strengthen our presence in the Netherlands with a company that understands the market and puts service at the centre. This is an important step to support our customers more directly.”
Henri van Ommeren added: “We are pleased to be a partner of Aichi Sales Office and to actively represent Aichi products in the Netherlands. Our goal is to support customers reliably on the ground — with strong product advice, fast availability, and a solid service offering throughout the full life cycle of the machines. A way of working we are already familiar with the Aichi machines, which we can expand even further through this collaboration”
Van Ommeren Machines was established in 2007 by independent mechanic Henri van Ommeren to service and repair agricultural and construction machinery. It began importing some machines in 2014 and, in 2018, increased its efforts in the construction market. It is based in Lunteren, south east of Amsterdam, towards Apeldoorn. It sells, services and rents/leases out a range of products, including Manitou telehandlers, Weidemann loaders and Aichi boom lifts.
