Scissor fatality

A man died last Tuesday, February 3rd, in Fort Worth, Texas, after a fall, reportedly from a scissor lift at a large regional distribution warehouse on the south side of the city.

The man, Keaton Conder, 25, is said to have fallen around six metres at the regional distribution warehouse for Dick's Sporting Goods. Reports initially said that he had fallen from a ‘catwalk’, but the police later stated that it was a scissor lift and currently state that the investigation remains ongoing. Paramedics arrived at the scene, where he is reported to have passed away. He was officially declared dead at the hospital.

Note: It should be said, that while the incident appears to have involved a scissor lift, we have not managed to verify it beyond all reasonable doubt, despite approaching the relevant companies. We will update when we learn more about what happened.
