Italian truck and spider lift manufacturer Socage has launched a new after sales division dubbed Platform Service, replacing its former Socage Customer Service operation and branding. The new operation will also provide support the company’s additional product lines, Socage, Socage Raptor and CTE.

The company said the change is part of a broader strategy to expand its international presence and strengthen its brand portfolio.
Additional services will include remote technical support via video calls, on-site technical assistance, scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and certification management in line with European and international regulations.

The new division will also supply replacement parts and offer temporary replacement platforms during maintenance periods. It also adds that it will continue to provide operator training courses for aerial wok platform licensing.
Platform Service will operate from the group’s headquarters in Sorbara di Bomporto, northern Italy, and an office in Monterotondo, western/ central Italy and will provide support for both national and international customers.
