Twin truck mounts for G. Winkelmann

German rental company G. Winkelmann Arbeitsbühnenvermietung has taken delivery of two 18 metre GSR B180T telescopic truck mounted lifts.

The B108T - purchased through local dealer Rothlenher - is mounted on a 3.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter chassis and features a maximum capacity of 300kg, an outreach of 8.15 metres with its maximum platform capacity of 300kg, or 12.8 metres with 80kg in the platform. The rear outriggers are fixed inboard jacks, while the front beam and jack outriggers are angled forwards, with variable extension, including down only.

Georg Winkelmann said: "The GSR B180T made a good impression during the demonstration. That is why we have decided to purchase two units to add to our rental fleet.”

G. Winkelmann is based north of Nuremberg and is a member of System Lift, the rental association which operates a combined aerial lift fleet exceeding 22,000 units, including 2,000 forklifts across 135 locations in Germany and neighbouring countries.
