Features include dynamic auto levelling with up to 14 degrees side to side and 20 degrees fore and aft. The overall length is just over three metres, while the stowed height ranges from 2.26 metres with the tracks extended, up to 2.65 metres when retracted. Overall weight is 5,425kg.

The new machine has gone straight out on a two year contract, but joins a number of other AlmaCrawler units in the JMS fleet that were added a couple of years ago as part of its move towards a more diverse rental fleet.
Owner Mark Jackson said: “The original Almac platforms have been in our fleet for some years now, during which time we benefited from repeat business for these machines all over the country.”
Established in 2000, JMS is based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, southern England and runs a fleet of boom, scissor, spider, trailer, and truck mounts to 33 metres, in addition to telehandlers and fork lifts, from locations in Leeds and Dartford. It also operates an IPAF training centre
