Tadano has updated its Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant feature ‘Hey Tadano’ with voice control functions and design changes.
The company said the assistant can answer operating, technical and troubleshooting questions for crane operators through a voice control function, using information from operating manuals and other official company documents.

The updated version includes revised product categories, a new interface and simpler navigation. Tadano has also introduced voice control on Apple devices through an app, activated with the command “Hey Tadano”. Android users can access a web version with tap to speech input.
