SPE appoints TVH

Italian battery charger manufacturer SPE Elettronica Industriale has appointed Belgian international parts company TVH as its exclusive repair centre in Europe, based at the TVH component repair and rebuild facility in Waregem, Belgium.

The agreement covers the service and maintenance of SPE high-frequency battery chargers, including the assessment and repair of units under warranty as well as defective chargers that are out of warranty. TVH will manage the technical repairs, while SPE will provide original spare parts, training and technical documentation.
The work will be supported through SPE’s Technical Service portal, which will be used for operational management and tracking.

Founded in 1972, SPE is based in Crevalcore, Italy and manufactures high-frequency battery chargers employing around 100 people.

TVH was established in 1969 and operates from 90 locations worldwide with 5,000 employees shipping parts and accessories for forklifts, aerial work platforms and industrial vehicles to around 180 countries.
