Genie 'Warranty Hub'

Genie has launched ‘Warranty Hub’, an online platform for customers to manage warranty claims and related information.

The system - part of the company’s 'Genie 360 services' - covers product registration, claim submission, adjudication and credit memo processing. It is available in different languages and currencies.

Director of global claims Vincent Vaché said: “Warranty Hub reflects our continued focus on simplifying and modernising how customers interact with us. Warranty Hub brings greater clarity, consistency, and ease to the warranty experience, while supporting our broader goal of making it easier to do business with Genie.”
