German rental company Ferdinand Scheurer has taken delivery of an 86ft Niftylift HR28 articulated all electric boom lift.

The HR28E features a dual riser, three section telescopic boom and articulated jib providing a 28 metre working height, 19 metres of outreach, with an unrestricted 280kg platform capacity. The overall width is 2.49 metres, overall stowed length 9.28 metres, and total weight 14.4 tonnes.

Based in Uhingen, east of Stuttgart, the company is part of the DID Group, which runs a rental fleet that includes 18,000 aerial work platforms, with boom and scissor lifts, spider lifts, trailer lifts and truck mounts, along with fixed frame and 360 degree telehandlers, and cranes, including All Terrains, spider cranes, loader cranes and pick & carry units. It also operates a 3,000 unit forklift fleet, all from 12 locations, mostly in Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia.
