50 years of Schwab

German rental company Schwab is to host a three day in-house event at its Dettenheim, headquarters, north of Karlsruhe, from the 8th to the 10th of May to mark its 50th anniversary.
The event will include live demonstrations of current machines and technology, talks on industry topics, and an exhibition of the latest equipment.

Schwab traces its roots to three businesses founded in 1967, 1976 and 1996 - Gebrüder Steinbock Baumaschinen, Wilfried Schwab Baumaschinen and Hydraulikkran Handelsgesellschaft, later Schwab Baukranservice. In 2018, the three companies merged to form Schwab, led by managing directors Lars Holzhey and Jochen Schwab.
