US rental company Prillaman’s Crane & Rigging has taken delivery of a 250 tonne LTM 1250-5.1 All Terrain crane, making it the ninth Liebherr in the company’s fleet.
The five axle LTM 1250-5.1 features a six section, 60 metre main boom plus a 12.2 to 22 metre bi-fold swingaway extension with up to 45 degrees of offset. A wide range of extension options are available, topped by 50 metres of lattice, all of which can be offset by up to 45 degrees. The maximum tip height is 113 metres.

Based in Hampton, Virginia, Prillaman’s Crane & Rigging was established in 2007 when Paul Prillaman recognised the potential of adding a crane to his father’s tree care business. Initially using the crane for local jobs, Prillaman later began expanding the crane rental operation, leading to the creation of Prillaman’s Crane & Rigging.
Today, the company's core customer base includes governmental facilities and military bases, shipyards, marinas, power plants, modular home builders and commercial HVAC suppliers across Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland. Its rental fleet runs from a nine tonne pick & carry crane up to a 400 tonne Liebherr All Terrain, along with boom trucks and telehandlers. it is also an NCCCO training provider and test site
