Palazzani moves into Croatia

Italian spider lift manufacturer Palazzani has appointed sales and rental company Up Rent as its exclusive dealer for Croatia.

The manufacturer hopes that the new partnership will help it gain market share and encourage wider adoption of the spider lift concept, through good after sales service and technical support, as well as availability. The first stock unit is one of Palazzani’s 18 metre TZJ 180s with Honda power. Up Rent is now looking to set up a series of demonstrations for potential buyers.

The first Palazzani arrives with UpRent

Established in 2001, Up Rent is based in new headquarters in Hrušćica on the east side of Zagreb, and also operates from a depot/branch in Split with around 22 employees. In addition to its plans for Palazzani, the company distributes Haulotte, Faraone, Oil&Steel, and Easy Lift products alongside Isoli truck mounted lifts and Sinoboom platforms, while other products include Dieci telehandlers and D'Avino dumpers.

Up Rent chief executive, Sinisa Ðurđevic said: “Our mission is to promote safe working at height by collaborating with the best manufacturers worldwide, including Palazzani, capable of delivering reliable, high performance solutions. Our analysis indicates strong growth potential for these machines, encouraging us to add units to our rental fleet as well as promoting sales.”
