Magna's new telehandler tyre

Crane and off road tyre supplier Magna Tyres has launched the MA801 TR non pneumatic tyre for telehandlers and compact wheel loaders.

The range includes two sizes, the 325mm 13.00-24 and the wider 348mm 14.00-24. The larger tyre has a capacity of 10,645kg, reducing to 7,685kg when travelling at 10km/h and 7,050kg at 25 km/h. The smaller trye has a capacity of 9,635kg, dropping to 7,000kg when travelling at 10 km/h or 6,350kg when travelling at 25km/h.

The company said: “With the MA801 TR, we support reliable and continuous machine operations. Its solid construction completely eliminates the risk of punctures, helping to prevent unplanned downtime.”

The company is based in Waalwijk - between Rotterdam and Tilburg - and has been designing and manufacturing off road tyres since 2006, producing them in both Thailand and the Netherlands with tyres for cranes, mining and construction equipment, port handling, and recycling/waste disposal machines. It operates across 130 countries and has its own operations in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, India, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, the UAE, South Africa, Canada and the USA.
