Italian telehandler manufacturer Dieci has announced that its Deici Telematics System (DTS) will become standard on all compatible machines.
The DTS telematics system can be viewed on PC, tablet or mobile
The company says the system will be included in the purchase price, along with a 36 month subscription and a three year warranty.
It adds that the DTS is designed to support remote fleet management, providing real time monitoring of operating data such as machine location, fuel level and operating hours. Other features include remote diagnostics and assistance, maintenance scheduling and tracking, while 'geofencin'g helps prevent unauthorised use and theft. The system will integrate with existing fleet management platforms, as well as support mixed fleet management. The company has also launched an Android and Apple/iOS app for remote machine monitoring and service reminders.
